Life Groups are a small group of people who get together each week in a relaxed, informal and caring enviroment.  Each Life Group spends time in fellowship, prayer, encouragment and Bible study.

Group-Link is an event that takes place a few weeks before the start of each Life Group session.  It's a continental breakfast that gives you the opportunity to learn about Life Groups and meet other people who are interested.  During the breakfast, you will have the opportunity to ask questions, meet the Life Group leaders and learn about each study.  Registration for Life Groups starts during the GROUP-LINK.

Real fellowship as seen in the New Testament is more than simply socializing with other Christians or greeting them in services of the church.  Real fellowship is the sharing of the believer’s life as a Christian with other believers.

The purpose of our Life Groups are to cultivate a Christian community of caring people by:

  • Connecting with God through Bible study and prayer
  • Encouraging one another to stay in step with God
  • Cultivating relationships in which love is paramount
  • Encouraging one another through regularly praying for each other
  • Helping one another by ministering in specific, practical ways

Spring Session Life Groups & Schedule

September 19, 2021

Sunday Nights 4:30pm - 6:00pm)        Kris & Wendy Hager  (begins October 3rd)

THE CHOSEN - The TV series - Being chosen by Jesus has beautiful and far-reaching implications although it says even more about the Chooser than the choosees.  We are loved because He’s love.  We are saved because He’s merciful.  We belong to the family of God because Jesus invites us, making the Bible and all its promises as true for us today as it was for God’s chosen nation,  What does it actually mean to be Chosen?  We are going back to the Old Testament (Isaiah 43) which leads us back to the New. Which always leads us directly to Jesus.

 Sunday Night (4:30pm - 6:00pm)        Dennis & Sharon Houston

ANGELS -  In Angels, Dr. David Jeremiah uses Scripture to unveil the remarkable truth about these agents of heaven and their role and work in our world.  This study will capture the attention of all ages who seek a broad and thorough survey of Scripture that clearly separates fact from fiction as it relates to angels.

Tuesday (9:30am - 11:00am  0R 7:00pm - 8:30pm)       Delfina Dodson (Ladies Group)

ARMOR OF GOD - by Pricila Shirer - All day, every day, an invisible war rages around you. A cunning, devilish enemy seeks to wreak havoc on everything that matters to you - your emotions, your mind, your family, your future. But...when the enemy meets a woman dressed for the occasion, he fails miserably.  This study will challenge you to suit up, stand firm, and secure victory in your life.

Wednesday Morning (9:30am - 11:00am)     Stu Symond (Mens Group)

The book of James looks a bit like the Old Testament book of Proverbs dressed up in New Testament clothes.  Its consistent focus on practical action in the life of faith is reminiscent of the  Wisdom Literature in the Old Testament, encouraging God’s people to act like God’s people. The pages of James are filled with direct commands to pursue a life of holiness.  He makes no excuses for those who do not measure up. In the mind of this early church leader, Christians evidence their faith by walking in certain ways and not others. For James, a faith that does not produce real life change is a faith that is worthless.

Wednesday Nights (7:00pm - 8:30pm)      Phil & Karen Russel  (A Night of Prayer)

 Spend time together sharing:

  • Weekly Devotional
  • Praying for the needs of our church family, friends and country
  • Praising God with song
